This property has a total of 17 windows and 1 sliding door. We were able to take before and after photos to showcase just how much of an appealing difference changing your windows will make to your home. All windows are white replacement windows with Low-E glass to help maintain the home cooler in the summer while reducing their energy bill.
San Diego Property
If you check our yelp reviews, you will actually see this clients review from San Diego. He did a lot of research and decided to go with us. We are happy to admit that he is satisfied not only with the product, but also with our install. This project consisted of 14 windows and 1 sliding door.
Loma Linda Property
These are vinyl bronze exterior windows(Painted) with a white interior. They contain SDL's which are the exterior divders that create the squared pattern. This is still an ongoing project in Loma Linda. This is the 4th project we received from the same referral. We have been working on it for 2 years, and every time the client is ready we will go out and exchange a couple windows at a time. We will always do our best to work with your budget, to get you what you want!
Trabuco Canyon Property
This Poperty in Trabuco Canyon wanted a much more accesible opening since they hosted pool parties in the summer. They decided to go with a 4 panel vinyl slider. It required that we change the header to make sure the wall doesn't cave in. Unfortunately we did not take a photo after stucco and paint, but it looked as if it was always a part of the house.
Buena Park Property
These photos are of 2 properties next to each other in Buena Park. A property manager friend constantly sends us work, and after doing one of his properties, the owners of the next property liked us so much, they hired us for not only those apartments, but 4 other units in Whittier, and their personal house is next.
Los Angeles Property
Silver exterior vinyl windows(painted), with a white interior. This property has a total of 8 windows, but we needed to stay within the HOA guidelines while still finding something appealing to the homeowner.
Laguna Niguel Property
A total of 15 windows and 1 french door. All these windows and door are fiberglass with a black exterior and a black interior. We had to make sure they met fire code requirements, as well as egress since the original sizes weren't up to code. This property is in the hills so they wanted windows that would maximize their view of the beach.
Huntington Beach Property
This is the second property we did in this HOA community next to the beach. With a total of 13 windows and 5 doors, this home is definitely ready for the summer and will be saving money on their energy bill! All windows are white replacement windows with no grids and Low-E3 to meet Title 24 and HOA requirements.
Big Bear Property
One of our long time realtor clients bought a personal house to get away in the mountains. He asked us to help improve their comfort, while maximizing energy efficiency, and keeping costs as low as possible. We stayed within budget, but never allowed the price to affect our workmanship.
This project had a total of 10 windows. 3 windows needed to be cut down about 6 inches to meet egress requirements. They had a garden window in the kitchen that wasn't properly installed, so we had to do some stucco patch work.
Property took 1 year to complete since clients did bottom set of windows first and top set the following summer. Total of 26 windows. They are all white replacement windows with Low-E3 glass to help maintain their home cooler.
