This is still an ongoing project in Loma Linda. This is the 4th project we received from the same referral. Trabuco Canyon Property

This Poperty in Trabuco Canyon wanted a much more accesible opening since they hosted pool parties in the summer. They decided to go with a 4 panel vinyl slider. It required that we change the header to make sure the wall doesn't cave in. Unfortunately we did not take a photo after stucco and paint, but it looked as if it was always a part of the house.

These photos are of 2 properties next to each other in Buena Park. A property manager friend constantly sends us work, and after doing one of his properties, the owners of the next property liked us so much, they hired us for not only those apartments, but 4 other units in Whittier, and their personal house is next.

Laguna Niguel Property

A total of 15 windows and 1 french door. All these windows and door are fiberglass with a black exterior and a black interior. We had to make sure they met fire code requirements, as well as egress since the original sizes weren't up to code. This property is in the hills so they wanted windows that would maximize their view of the beach.

One of our long time realtor clients bought a personal house to get away in the mountains. He asked us to help improve their comfort, while maximizing energy efficiency, and keeping costs as low as possible. We stayed within budget, but never allowed the price to affect our workmanship.
